Do you accept returns?
Yes we do accept returns. All items returned must be in saleable condition. All tags instruction bucklets must also be returned if included with shipment.
Is shipping and handling charges refundable?
In general shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. If an incorrrect item was shipped or a damaged item was received a new item will be sent in its place. If you did receive an incorect item or damaged item return postage to us will be take care of by Ohearn Chips.
Do you ship out of the USA?
Yes we do ship world wide. We ship via USPS to all countries.
Who is responsible for Custom and Duty fees when reciving items out of the US?
The purchaser is responsibel for any duty, taxes or custom fees your country my charge?
